Privacy notice

This notice explains how Anjung ArchX ("the platform") processes personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, organisation, job title and the role you request.
• Security data: password hash, two-step sign-in settings, recovery code hashes, sign-in history, IP address, approximate location and device information.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the platform, files you upload and models you edit. These are written to the audit trail.

Why we process it

• To provide the service and secure your account.
• To keep an audit trail required for architecture governance.
• To notify administrators about security-relevant events such as sign-ins and access requests.

Where it is stored

Account and audit data are stored in the platform database. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Emails are sent through the configured SMTP provider.

Retention

Audit records are kept for governance purposes. You can ask the administrator to export or erase your personal data where audit retention does not apply.
